Terms of service
These Terms and Conditions define the rules of sale within the Online Store operating at supportsport.pl, which is run by Supportsport Bartłomiej Karolewski; ul. Szyperskiego 2/9, 63-700 Krotoszyn, Poland; TAX ID: 6211671390; REGON: 369104021.
By using the Supportsport online store and accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer confirms that they have read the content of this regulation accepts all its terms, and undertakes to comply with them. The Regulation is an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Buyer. The condition for the conclusion of the sales contract is the Buyer's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
§ 1. General Terms
- The online store SUPPORTSPORT, operating at www.supportsport.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Store), is run by the company SUPPORTSPORT Bartłomiej Karolewski, located in Krotoszyn at 2/9 Szyperskiego Street, Poland; TAX ID: 6211671390.
- The term “products” refers to items available in the Store, presented on the website www.supportsport.pl
- The content presented in the Store constitutes an invitation to make offers by the Customer.
- To use the Store, it is necessary to have an active e-mail account.
§ 2. Order placement rules
- The Customer can place orders 24 hours a day through the website of the Store.
- The Customer selects the goods and places an order using the form available on the website www.supportsport.pl. After submitting the order, the Customer receives a confirmation of order acceptance by the Store via email.
- If the goods are not available, the Store will inform the Customer accordingly. In such case, the Store has the right to withdraw from the contract, and if the Customer has paid for the goods, the Store will refund the money within 7 days to the account specified by the Customer.
§ 3. Price of goods
- The price stated for each item is in Polish Zloty (PLN) and includes the applicable VAT.
- The price stated for each item is binding at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
- The price does not include delivery charges.

- The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods and delivery costs. Changes in prices do not affect the value of orders placed before the change is implemented.
§ 4. Payment methods
- The Store offers the following payment methods:
– bank transfer.

§ 5. Order fulfillment
- The fulfillment of an order is contingent upon the availability of the specified goods in the order and the confirmation of order acceptance by the Store sent in the form of an e-mail.
- The Store fulfills the shipment of ordered goods through courier companies.
- The commencement of order fulfillment occurs upon the receipt of payment in the Store’s bank account.
- Shipment of the order takes place within a period of 2 to 20 days. This period includes the time elapsed from order acceptance to the Store’s initiation of the shipment of the goods.
- The Store reserves the right to change the order fulfillment time for specific goods. In such cases, the Store will promptly inform the Customer electronically.
- The content of the order can be modified until the order is transferred for fulfillment. In such cases, please contact us via email at: sklep@supportsport.pl
- In the case of choosing payment by bank transfer and failure to pay for the shipment within 2 weeks from the date of order placement, the Store reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. In such cases, the order will be canceled.
- The Store is not liable for non-delivery of goods or delivery delays caused by incorrect or inaccurate address information provided by the Customer.
- The Store issues a proof of delivery for the purchased goods, which is included with the shipment of the goods.

§ 6. Right of withdrawal from the Contract / Complaints
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods without stating a reason. The return of the goods is possible provided that the goods are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. The aforementioned entitlement applies to Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code.
- The Store is obliged to deliver goods free from physical defects. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract (having physical defects), the Customer has the right to file a complaint about the goods within 1 year from the date of issuing the goods directly to the Customer.
- The intention to return goods due to withdrawal from the contract or to file a complaint must be reported to the Store using the appropriate form available for download on the website at https://support.stronazen.pl/en/returns-and-complaints/
- The returned or complained goods should be sent to the following address: SUPPORTSPORT Bartłomiej Karolewski, 2/9 Szyperskiego Street, 63-700 Krotoszyn, Poland with the annotation “Return” or “Complaint”.
- The store does not accept pickup payments for shipments of the goods.
- The shipment with the complained goods should include a letter indicating the reason for the complaint and the request for exchange for a defect-free product or withdrawal from the contract.
- In the event of withdrawal by the Customer from the contract, the Store will refund the payment to the account specified by the Customer.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the payment will be refunded promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Store of the return, including the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
- In the case of returns and complaints, the Store guarantees a refund of the product price and the costs of the original delivery.
- The cost of returning the goods due to withdrawal from the contract is paid by the Customer.
- In the event of a complaint being accepted, the Store, depending on the Customer’s request, will either exchange the goods for a new one and send it to the Customer at its own expense or refund the amount for the complained goods. In the case of a recognized complaint, the Store will also refund the costs incurred by the Customer for returning the complained goods.
- The Store will process complaints within 14 days from the receipt of the complained goods.
§ 7. Electronic Services
- The following Electronic Services are available in the Online Store: Newsletter, Account, Order Form, and Product Availability Notification.
- The Order Form service is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature, ending upon placing an order through it or upon the Service Recipient’s earlier discontinued of placing an order through it.
- The Account Electronic Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period until the Customer requests the deletion of the account.
- The Newsletter Electronic Service and product availability notifications are provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time and without giving a reason by sending a relevant request to the Service Provider via e-mail to sklep@supportsport.pl. The manner of providing the Newsletter service is regulated by the Newsletter Regulations.

§ 8. Personal Data Protection
- Purchasing in the Store, the Customer consents to the placement of their personal data in the Store’s database and their processing for order fulfillment. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary; failure to consent prevents the Store from fulfilling the order.
- The administrator of personal data is SUPPORTSPORT Bartłomiej Karolewski.
- Personal data is protected by the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended).
- Each Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

§ 9. Final Provisions
- The Store will make an effort to ensure that the content of the presented goods accurately reflects reality.
- Issues not regulated in this Regulation shall be governed by the provisions of Polish law, the Civil Code; and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services from July 18th, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded until December 24th, 2014 with Customers who are consumers – the provisions of the Act on certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product from March 2nd, 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 22, item 271, as amended) and the Act on specific terms of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code from July 27th, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, item 1176, as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded from December 25th, 2014 with Customers who are consumers – the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act from May 30th, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended); and other applicable provisions of the universally binding law.
- These Terms and Conditions take effect on the day of publication on the Store’s website.
- These Terms and Conditions may be changed, and information about changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent to Customers to the e-mail address provided in the order 14 days before the amended Terms and Conditions come into force.
- Additionally, changes to the Regulation will be published on the Store’s website 14 days before the new Terms and Conditions come into force.
- All orders accepted by the Store Owner for execution before the date of the Terms and Conditions change are carried out based on the Terms and Conditions that were in force on the day the Customer placed the order.
- In the event, that the Customer does not accept the new content of the Terms and Conditions, they are obliged to notify the Store Owner of this fact within 14 days from the date of being informed about the Terms and Conditions change.
